The goods could be returned within 14 days since the purchase was made, as long as they are in the same saleable condition they were purchased, they have their original tags unbroken, with the same packaging and they are returned with an accompanying receipt. Refunds would be issued at the discretion of the store manager and only be issued to the same payment method in the original purchase or they would be provided with a store credit note for 6 or 12 months once the issue has been investigated into. Sales items, second-hand items, special orders (such as custom made engagement rings) and body jewellery are not refundable. In the case of a manufacturer fault of a special order, we will repair the item at no extra cost, for the first time. In the case that the item was abused or mishandled, we do not carry any responsibility for it. Your statutory rights are not affected.
